VITAMAX, seed biopriming for sweet pepper
A bio-priming is a 100% organic seed priming treatment which incorporates a biological agent (beneficial microbe) into its formula. Beneficial microbes may either improve nutrient uptake by the seedlings and/or compete with detrimental microorganisms such as pathogenic bacteria and fungi which may be present on the seed or in the substrate, thereby reducing their proliferation.

Vitamax strongly elevated all germination parameters (+46% vigor, +19% usable plants and +7% total germination) in sweet pepper including above-ground biomass, which was 44% higher at the time of counting as compared to non-treated seed.
GREEN STAR, Film bio-coating
Film bio-coating of seeds differs from conventional film coating on two aspects: 1) it is 100% organic/biological, i.e. it exclusively contains natural products (no synthetic compounds); 2) it encloses a biological agent. Examples of biological agents are trichodermas, mycorrhizas, PGPR bacteria and others.
The enhancement effect of our film bio coating GREEN STAR treatment is more than
satisfying (+3.4% higher biomass, +4% higher vigour and +2% higher usable plants in bio-coated seeds as compared to naked seed), taking into account that film coating normally affects seed performance negatively.
